I also really appreciated Dave, General Manager. He also was very friendly, down to earth and took a no B.S. approach. I liked him a lot! I found both Nathan and Dave to be great poeple to work with and their approach was a refreshing change from the usual gamesmanship one often has to engage in at car dealersip! Last but not least, I LOVE MY CAR! It is my favorite car I've ever had!!!! More

Even though the car buying experience was stressful and there were a few issues that sprung up that didn't help, the sales associates and the sales manage though the car buying experience was stressful and there were a few issues that sprung up that didn't help, the sales associates and the sales manager made sure I was taken care of, comfortable with the decisions I was making, and that everything went correctly. The first time I walked into the dealership I had just come from one down the street and literally my brother and I walked around and waited for nearly 10 mins before anyone attended to us. 10 mins at Lynchburg Mazda and we were already test driving cars. I was very impressed with how easy the whole process was. I was aware of everything step by step and there was no hidden agenda, or anything else. My daughter, Nicole Williamson, had bought a car on Oct 1st from Lynchburg Mazda. After hearing of her experience, I knew I had to check it out. I knew when I went, I was going to buy the car if all went well. I didn't even need to test drive it. I did want my husband to ride in it though so we test drove it. I am in love with the car. We couldn't be happier with the car and the whole experience. Josh, Web, and one other gentleman, (I can't think of his name)were so kind and patient with us. I could not have asked for better service. Lynchburg Mazda is wonderful!! I would definatley recommend Lynchburg Mazda to any of our friends, and plan on shopping there in the future!! More
Zach was great! He was full of information and very honest about everything that was going on. He took time to go over the details with me and made sure that the CX-7 was the car I wanted. I came in on a Friday morning to test drive with no intentions of buying until closer to December... I had even told Zach I didn't want to talk numbers yet. I visited a few other dealerships that afternoon and none of them even came close to the great service I got at Lynchburg Mazda. I came back to the Mazda place later that afternoon and talked numbers with Zach and was offered a great deal right off the bat. I choose to take the weekend to think about the deal, and Zach called to make sure I was okay and had all the answers I needed. Thankfully, when I came back bright and early on Monday (which was also a Holiday) the car was still there and Zach had it pulled up and ready for me to look at! After paperwork was finished, Zach took the time to do a walk through of the car with me and explain everything to make sure I knew how it worked. We also went on a detail walk where we noticed a few scratches and Zach assured me that they would take care of those. Since then, I've called Zach a few times with several questions and everytime he has been just as friendly and informative as he was the first time I walked in the dealership. I would definately send anyone I know to Zach at Lynchburg Mazda!!!! More
AMAZING EXPERIENCE!!!! We came in just AMAZING EXPERIENCE!!!! We came in just "looking" for a car. It was 5:50pm. As you know the dealership closes at 6:00pm. Not expecting to buy until AMAZING EXPERIENCE!!!! We came in just "looking" for a car. It was 5:50pm. As you know the dealership closes at 6:00pm. Not expecting to buy until March. Josh came out immediately and was so kind. He was not pushy at all.He asked what we were looking for in a car, about our commute, etc. He talked to us like real people, and suggested we sit in the car and see how we liked the inside being this was the very first dealership we had been to. He asked if we would like to test drive the car, and we told him sure, but didn't want to put anybody out being they were already closed at this time. He said "no problem, that's what I'm here for". We took a ride down the road. He was so pleasant and we were so blessed to have had him as our salesman.He talked to us about Mazda and the cars, and all the benefits of owning a Mazda while on our ride. We got back, he asked what we liked about the car, the features,how it handled, if it was something we would consider purchasing. He asked if we would like to sit down and see if it was even in our price range. Again, they were closed, and we didn't want to keep anyone, but they stayed just for us. It made us feel like we mattered, and were important. They started with the paperwork, and kept us informed on what they were doing at every moment so there were no questions. They sat with us, and told us what the cost would be with down payment, trade in , etc. Asked which one was our price range. We told him, and he said "we can do that"!!! We were shocked. We haven't had the best credit history so we were concerned with maybe a huge interest rate and high payment. They ran our credit scores and explained to us what it all meant, and how they would proceed if we were interested. They kept us aware of what they were doing every step of the way. He came back with what our monthly payment would be, and interest rate. Then asked if we wanted to see if we were approved. WE WERE!! And with no hassle, payment range, and interest we wanted. It was an amazing experience. We had even decided that even if we were not approved, we would be coming back in the spring to buy a Mazda. It was around 8:30pm when we left with our new Mazda 3. SInce I wanted to drive it home, Josh told me to bring it back on Monday so they could detail it, wash and wax, etc. So home with my new Mazda I went. On Sunday morning when we went to get in the car, we noticed a few scratches on the bottom, and some trim on the inside that needed to be fixed. When I went to the dealership on Monday, I showed Josh and he assured me they would fix it. While they were working on my car, Josh went over the instruction manual with me. He was very knowledgable of the car. Very easy to talk to. He told me the scratches would not buff out, but if I brought it back on Tuesday, they would fix it for me, and also the interior. Dropped it off Tuesday morning, picked it up Tuesday afternoon. Easy as pie. Josh took care of everything. Introduced me to everyone there, and was just so kind. I have nothing but good to say about Josh and everyone at Lynchburg Mazda. I have referred 3 people to him so far. They are all planning to go in and see Josh. Super nice dealership. Eager to help,listen, and explain. They even stayed after they had closed to help us, when we were not even planning on buying. But I am sooo glad we did! I absolutely LOVE my Mazda 3. My family WILL be visiting them again in the future for vehicles. AMAZING EXPERIENCE!!!! More
Everyone was so nice and considerate. They really helped me get the vehicle I wanted at the payment I could afford. I do not recommend doing business with Lynchburg Mazda. I purchased a 2009 model Mazda 5 from them in December of 2010. I discovered on the first warmish day in March that the A/C did not work. Calling the dealership to speak with management several times revealed that they did not plan on standing behind the sale and would not repair the A/C for no cost with an apology, but instead I guess it was my own fault for buying a car in cold weather. Buyer beware. More
