We recently bought a new Sienna. Our sales rep Chad was polite, patient and forthcoming with us. There was no "dealer premium" or other surprise fees added to the final sales amount Our sales rep Chad was polite, patient and forthcoming with us. There was no "dealer premium" or other surprise fees added to the final sales amount that other dealerships try to tack on. The whole experience was surprisingly stress free. The only negative was that we had to wait 4 months for delivery, however that is due to market conditions and not the dealership's fault. More

I bought a 2021 toyota tacoma at lynch toyota. After a scheduled oil change, I noticed a few days later that they forgot to put the oil fill cap back on the engine and it was lost. Apparently this was my fault and they would never have done such a thing. Even worse after this incident I took it to another place for an oil change. The mechanic told me that they didnt even change the oil filter since I had bought the truck. The original oil filter had been left on there for 28000 miles that i was having the vehicle serviced there. He could hardly turn the threads to get it off the truck. Now i wonder if they even changed my oil the whole time my truck was serviced there. Quite pathetic More

Tell me how it is acceptable for a dealership to say you are not allowed to pursue or even test drive the vehicle you have been searching for because I live in a neighboring state? They are reserving their are not allowed to pursue or even test drive the vehicle you have been searching for because I live in a neighboring state? They are reserving their inventory for CT residents only. Never in my life have I heard of something like this! Does CT use a different currency than the rest of the USA these days? It is a shame too, since I am having trouble finding the exact trim and color I want. More

I was told that they don't accept Costco Auto program. However I still opted and before visiting them I confirmed twice from Internet department on my first Saturday visit with sales to go over with var However I still opted and before visiting them I confirmed twice from Internet department on my first Saturday visit with sales to go over with various options and models and price. Was told that they charge dealer fee only and nothing else. To my suprise when was finalizing the sales individual brought up that have to pay $189/- for VIN etch, to which I disagreed. It was the same person whom i spoke on my first Saturday visit. I requested that since its an option don't need and don't charge either and response was they had been doing for over a decade (made me laugh). Too many hidden fees, so be careful even before visiting. Its not worth it, if you value your own time. More

Interesting… The dealership needs to get their crap together!! I sent a message inquiring about a Vehicle, possibly 2 and was told that they are not selling out of state. You would think it should be together!! I sent a message inquiring about a Vehicle, possibly 2 and was told that they are not selling out of state. You would think it should be somewhere stated that they are not selling out of state on their website. I guess my money is not green enough for them. Be thankful that the industry is so good for you now. As everything, it will come to an end!! I am thankful I have 2 other vehicles to drive. Good luck to ya. More
