During a business trip to Connecticut (100s of miles from home), my RAV-4's check engine light came on. Shortly thereafter, the engine backfired a few times and I experienced loss of power. Using GPS, I pull home), my RAV-4's check engine light came on. Shortly thereafter, the engine backfired a few times and I experienced loss of power. Using GPS, I pulled into the first Toyota dealer I could find. When I explained my problem, Wayne went right to work figuring out what he could do to help me. First, he sent someone to find an available mechanic who could read the code to find out if it was a critical problem, or something I could delay addressing (such as the oxygen sensor). He then offered to help me with alternate transportation if it turned out I had to leave the car. Within 10 minutes, Eric came out front with a computer to do an engine scan. He quickly determined that the number 6 engine coil failed (which I have since learned is a notorious problem with 2006 RAV-4 v6 engines). He checked the stock to make sure he had the part, and within 45 minutes my engine was repaired. Unfortunately the backfiring also blew out the center exhaust. To my surprise, they made no effort to pressure me to have that repaired on the spot. They assured me I could drive home safely (if loudly) and have the repair done in a more convenient situation. Both Wayne and Eric offered EXCEPTIONAL customer service--focusing on my immediate problem instead of their economic opportunity. They did the work for a fair price--with no attempt to take advantage of my bad situation. If I lived in Connecticut and were to ever buy a Toyota again (which I won't), Lynch Toyota would get my business. More

Freddy Figueroa negotiated a very fair deal on the 2012 RAV4 that we finally bought. Jason Knapp was extremely friendly while going through the volumes of paper necessary to close the deal.He explained everything to our satisfaction and conveyed his enjoyment with his Toyota.He was very helpful in the choices of extended service contracts. The Team at Lynch Toyota were excellent ,friendly ,knowledge and extremely friendly.We would recommend them to anyone. More

Karl Peterson was very professional and not pushy at all and was very up front. Gerry Nellis was also extremely professional and a pleasure to work with. I worked with Mike Coia briefly also and he was eager to assist me and was great in every way. I could tell from the moment I walked in that you really work well as a team and have the interest of customer at the forefront. This was the 2nd car purchase from Lynch and it could not have been any easier. We were looking for a replacement car for a college student and found a nice used RAV4 at Lynch. The car I was trading was a 2000 Subura with 164K miles which need about $1400 of repairs. They offerred which I thought was a very nice trade in amount towards the vehicle I selected.
