My husband and I decided to trade in our 2010 Nissan Rogue for a 2013 Rav 4. We did some searching online and communicated with several other Toyota dealerships in Connecticut. Scott Bergin answered our email request for more information and put us in contact with Buddy Beaulieu. Buddy was excellent in everything he did to help us get the information we needed, including costs and financing, to make a decision. Jason Knapp provided a really clear overview of financing details that made us comfortable with our decision to take advantage of the $1000 incentive by financing part of the cost of our new car. Based on these two interactions we decided to purchase our new car from Lynch Toyota. We would recommend both of these staff members and Lynch without reservation. Buddy and Jason are excellent employees and solid representatives for Lynch Toyota! We look forward to seeing everyone again at the new employee get together and when I stop by for oil changes! Clint Dixon very clearly demonstrated the features of my new Camry. He took extra time to make sure that I could operate the vehicle before I drove home. Use a buying service like Consumer Reports before going into any dealership. Price your trade in using Kelly Blue Book or Edmonds. As a result of doing this we got a much better deal. Try to get the sales manager in the conversation instead of letting the sales rep check with the manager. Know what options are available instead of having the rep tell you that this model always has this option. For example, the expensive and useless Entune $900 radio is not standard. Watch out for deal sweeteners that are not real. For example, two year free maintenance is from the manufacturer and not a "gift" from the dealer. This is a good dealership when you are an informed buyer. This is the second car we bought from them; the sales rep for the first car was now the sales manager and a real pro.
