I sent an email to Tim Ryan asking how it would work to trade in a vehicle that was not owned by me yet. I had a 2012 Jeep Liberty that I LOVED but the gas mileage was killing me! He sent me the gov comparison link and told me he had 3 vehicles that he felt would be the best way for me to go IF I decided to take action. This all began last wed and my husband and I came down and test drove the Corolla and we took delivery on sat morning! (we could have had it done and driven it home Thursday night but because of our work schedules it was too late to get a payoff figure for the jeep). I can't say enough good about the EXEMPLARY customer service that we received from everyone involved and how everyone was so friendly. All three of the people that we interacted with expressed how PROUD they are to work with Lynch and how they are looking forward to taking care of any needs we may have in the future. Picking up my vehicle took a little longer than I expected but I credit most of that to the out-of-state registration/insurance confusion. Overall I found Lynch to be helpful and professional with no high pressure sales pitch. They also did not "put-down" other dealers to enhance their own reputation. I liked the integrity of the process. More
