What a great group of guys, Sean greeted me as soon as I walked in the door. We sat down, figured out the right car for me with no pressure. I was replacing my 2009 Corolla. I contact them by email to price a 2014 Cambry Hybrid. Scott set up an appointment with Buddy for us. Buddy had the hybrid ready for us to look at and test drive if we wante to price a 2014 Cambry Hybrid. Scott set up an appointment with Buddy for us. Buddy had the hybrid ready for us to look at and test drive if we wanted. He also was patient and understanding when we compared the Cambry with the new 2014 Corolla. We finally decided that the Corolla was the best car for us. We settled on one Coralla in particular. He, with Jason, completed our purchased. A pick up time 3 days later, at our request, was set up. They provided us with a check list on what to provide (registration and plates from our 2009, new Insurance ID Card and the old ID Card for loyality $$). Our new 2014 Corolla was ready for us at the appointment time and we drove it home 75 minutes later. Freddy welcomed us to the Lynch Toyota family and reminded us that they have Toyota owner dinner at the Dealership every other month on a Tuesday and we could expect an invitation. More

Just about everything bad you could think of from a car dealer. My family had previously done business with Lynch for almost 30 years, so I gave them the benefit of the doubt. Nice enough at the outset, but once they have the sale (and your $$) all bets are off. The General Manager, Terry Schurr, admitted as much in an email stating that I was correct in my observation that once they have the money, they don't seem to care for the customer at all. Michael Lynch Jr has not and will not respond to any of my requests. I had spent the better part of three years trying to get them to change the [offensive] spelling of my last name on their mailings, which they finally did after three years. No support after my "Certified Pre-Owned" Toyota Highlander Hybrid failed due to a recall issue they did not take care of and no response at all when the motor fell apart at only 93,980 miles. Toyota's customer care was of little help (they did nothing for me at all) but at least they had the courtesy to RESPOND. This dealership should be avoided at all costs, unless you like throwing money away. It's really a shame as we have done business with the Lynch family for many, many years. Michael Lynch Jr has brought a very large, very black stain to the Lynch name. Even with my recent experience I would have done business with them regardless of my feelings toward the Toyota brand if they had treated me like anything more than a sale. Ignored, disrespected and disregarded once the sale is final, Negative ratings are not possible, they don't even deserve the one star rating. More
I came in to test drive the highlander. Matt was very informative, took me through the car, on test drive and provided the most up to date info on this car. After visiting several dealerships in search of a new vehicle and having to deal with the usual sales pitch, it was a nice change to work with people that are straight forward and actually listen to the vehicle and having to deal with the usual sales pitch, it was a nice change to work with people that are straight forward and actually listen to the needs of a customer. This dealer tried to offer me $300 for my trade in and then went up to $500 and told me "I would be doing them a favor by not trading it in." I did them that favor and also bout a Honda at Manchester Hon then went up to $500 and told me "I would be doing them a favor by not trading it in." They are disrespectful and there pricing was not competitive. More

I had mentioned to him that as a woman purchaser, I was treated as a qualified purchaser, and did not have to have my husband be involved in the process or have interactions directed at him. It makes all the difference in the rep and dealership I choose. My best experience yet in the 4 vehicles I have purchased from you. The financial services part was also smooth, respectful and very efficient. Love the vehicle and features and I liked that I did not have to haggle and you gave me a fair price the first time. Our purchase of a Toyota certified 2012 Camry XLE at Lynch Toyota was one of the easiest large purchases that we have made in quite some time. The salesman, Glenn Jordan, listened well to what we thoug Lynch Toyota was one of the easiest large purchases that we have made in quite some time. The salesman, Glenn Jordan, listened well to what we thought we wanted and he patiently and kindly spent 3.5 hours walking us through various vehicles because we had not bought a car in 26 years. Really, 26 years. The old Volvos had really lasted and Glenn knew from his decades of car dealing experience that we would not be pleased with less quality than we were accustomed to. Contrary to the typical 'used car salesman' stories that frequent our culture, this whole experience was civil, kind and fair. We feel that Lynch Toyota afforded us a market-fair deal and checking various car pricing websites like KBB and edmunds.com, proved that we did indeed receive a fair deal. The department manager, Dean Acquaviva, walked all around the car with me before we signed an agreement and told me what the car would go through before delivery; what I could expect and what I couldn't. All quite fair and honest. Thus far, there has been an attention to detail in customer satisfaction that we were not expecting, but are pleased to receive. The salesman, Glenn, called 48 hours after the delivery to make sure everything was all right and when I mentioned that we wanted a few accessories, he said he'd order them. The next morning the service department called to schedule the accessory installation. There was no high pressure, no urgency in the sale of this car. The finance fellow, Gerry Nellis, was very straight forward and again, no high-pressure on extended warranties - just explanations. It was all very civil and kind. That's the best way I can say it. When you're spending tens of thousands of dollars, nobody needs grief. Lynch Toyota made this sale hassle-free, and we are delighted. Yes, I definitely recommend these gentlemen and the dealership. More
