Not the same Lynch. Unfortunately their Ford service leaves something to be desired. Their consistent response to an issue with a 2010 Ford Fusion issue is "We don't kno Unfortunately their Ford service leaves something to be desired. Their consistent response to an issue with a 2010 Ford Fusion issue is "We don't know". Their mechanics and service writers are not only arrogant, but consistently defer questions to each other. Unfortunately they refuse to acknowledge service bulletins, recalls, and factory installed equipment. Their writers are not very knowledgeable about the brand they represent or the known issues. More
