He was hands down the best car salesman I have ever dealt with, and it wasn't even my car. It was obvious that he really listened to what she wanted, and knew what he was talking about. He took the time to explain everything and make sure she was comfortable and confident in her choice. I know that she will go back to him in the for future car purchases. And I will not buy a vehicle from anyone else. There is no way I could ever go back to pushy and ignorant dealerships after working with Wyatt. He made it an absolutely joyful experience. It actually is a different experience After experiencing most of the dealerships in eastern Iowa, I can confirm that my wife and I did indeed have a different experience. In looking for a After experiencing most of the dealerships in eastern Iowa, I can confirm that my wife and I did indeed have a different experience. In looking for a new truck, we committed to try all local dealerships and brands before buying, so we looked at GMC, Chevy, Toyota, Ford and Dodge... and not only did we test drive all the trucks (6 in all), we test drove the different dealerships. Frankly, I was skeptical about the 'different experience' that Lynch talks about, but unfortunately at all the other dealerships we experienced the pushy, let’s keep you all day, and not let you leave the experience. In fact, we had one dealership tell us they didn't want us to leave because the average person purchases after 1.6 dealerships (more focused on pressure vs. value). The difference we experienced at Lynch was their genuine interest in helping us find the best vehicle for us and since they offer both Ford and Chevy, we could contrast many different vehicles before making our choice. Lynch Solved My Problem I have a Ford Fusion that wouldn't fill all the way up when empty. Since I live in Cedar Rapids I took it to the Ford dealer in Cedar Rapids. The Ceda I have a Ford Fusion that wouldn't fill all the way up when empty. Since I live in Cedar Rapids I took it to the Ford dealer in Cedar Rapids. The Cedar Rapids dealer had the car for two days and never offered a loaner car. The Cedar Rapids dealer did replace the fuel filler neck, but that did not solve the problem. Took it back again and they said everything else checked out fine, yet it would still not fill all the way up. The Cedar Rapids dealer also said they would call me back regarding a recall, but never did. So I decided to call Lynch Ford Chevy since I only had a few thousand more miles under warranty and needed this fixed. They were very helpful. Lynch also had to have the car overnight but unlike the Cedar Rapids dealer, they offered a loaner vehicle at no cost. They too said everything checked out but decided to replace a sensor anyway. They even cleaned and washed my vehicle when I picked it up. The new sensor fixed the problem and it now fills all the way up. I would recommend everyone in Cedar Rapids drive a few extra miles to Mt. Vernon and deal with Lynch. I know I will from now on. More

Long wait and excuses I just returned home from Lynch Ford after waiting just short of 2 hours for an oil change. I arrived at 4 and I finally asked at 5:30 about the stat I just returned home from Lynch Ford after waiting just short of 2 hours for an oil change. I arrived at 4 and I finally asked at 5:30 about the status of my oil change. I was told that they had no record of my car and would check into it. After they finally figured out where my car was, I was told that it was the other service writer's fault who left at 5 as he failed to do paperwork for my car so the service writer that was still there did not know that my car was there. I was given the excuse that they were really busy after I arrived so the service writer that was there till 5 didn't have time to do my paperwork and get the service started on my car as he had other cars to check in after mine and getting the new cars checked in was a priority over checking in the cars that arrived earlier. An apology would have been nice but rather I got excuses and blaming someone else. I am currently in the market to buy a vehicle but will not work with Lynch Ford nor will I go back for service. Lynch Ford does not offer the level of customer service that they used to offer when I bought my car from them. After messaging this to the dealership, I received a phone call and e mail apologizing for the long wait and excuses. I am now much happier with Lynch Ford. More

I was looking at used trucks, 2009 - 2013 because I felt that I couldn't afford a new truck. Jon Kloss came out to meet me in the lot. He was very personable, friendly, and outgoing. His sales style is one that promotes immediate trust... not a "hard seller" and never pressed for a sale. He was much more interested in what I had in mind as far as my needs, and never pointed me in any direction that would've been detrimental to me. Jon gave me numerous options, and allowed me the ample time to look at those options. He was extremely professional and knowledgeable in the truck line, and through his expertise and willingness to help me, I had found out that I was able to purchase a new "left over" 2013 FX4 model for what I felt was a great deal compared to used XLT or FX4 models I had been previously looking at. Jon also introduced me to Mike Clifton, the Sales Manager, who was also very outgoing, friendly, and not pressuring whatsoever. I've been in the hospitality industry for over 30 years, and I know service when I see it. Through their level of service and kindness extended to me, we will be back to Lynch Ford!
