Best car buying experience of my life. I set up an appointment via the website by saying I was interested in a 2016 Ford Escape. I arrived a few minutes early, and was immediately greeted by an employee who directed me to a table. Within a few moments Frank Anderson came over and introduced himself, and started warming up the car (it was an incredibly cold day). While the car warmed up, Frank asked if I was interested in buying or leasing, and if I knew how leasing worked. I said I was interested in the lease, but didn't really know much about it. Frank gave an excellent description of how the entire process worked, and let me ask all the question I wanted. Throughout the entire experience I was never pressured, or made to feel like I was being sold something I didn't want. Fantastic place, and Frank is the best. More
