It can be a frustrating experience when communication involves multiple languages and this was the most comfortable by miles for the couple in our story. After they purchased the vehicle, one of the most important thoughts stressed was how differently they were treated from lot to lot and how Keith and Trent made them feel comfortable. I had been so "burrrned" by the Ford Dealership on Old Fort in Murfreesboro that I was VERY cautious when dealing with any car dealer, but these guys restored my confidence..
