Luxury motors is probably the best dealership I ever stepped foot in. Starting from there customer service and ending with their hospitality! Me and my husband instantly felt welcomed. They provided wat stepped foot in. Starting from there customer service and ending with their hospitality! Me and my husband instantly felt welcomed. They provided water as we waited for the process to be complete, let us test drive & helped us out in every way possible! When the price didn’t work for us they made a couple phone calls and helped me and my husband walk out with our new Mercedes’ Benz. The entire process took less than 2 hours.. Rob, Mike & Jaquinta are definitely professionals at what they do! Thank you luxury motor!! More

The Sales Rep, Jose, was very nice and friendly. But, once he directed me to his manager, Anthony, this man was just the epitome of rudeness. He was quite dismissive and uncooperative. He even went as fa once he directed me to his manager, Anthony, this man was just the epitome of rudeness. He was quite dismissive and uncooperative. He even went as far as pretending to take a call from his “child’s teacher” as a way of indirectly telling me to leave his office. I think asking questions triggered the dismissive behavior. I, immediately, left and knew I would not be spending my money with this establishment. More
Very poor experience Had I known they bought a car at the auction and then sold it to me is a dealer trade-in, I would never have purchased it. They will give you in writi Had I known they bought a car at the auction and then sold it to me is a dealer trade-in, I would never have purchased it. They will give you in writing that they will fix it, but their mechanics don't know how. I had to take it to another mechanic to get their mistake repaired at my expense. They then refuse to pay any of the bill, because they claim they lost money on the car. How professional is that? More
