The Sales Rep, Jose, was very nice and friendly. But, once he directed me to his manager, Anthony, this man was just the epitome of rudeness. He was quite dismissive and uncooperative. They will give you in writing that they will fix it, but their mechanics don't know how. I had to take it to another mechanic to get their mistake repaired at my expense. They then refuse to pay any of the bill, because they claim they lost money on the car. How professional is that? More
