10/13/23: STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP! ! I have been trying to negotiate a deal on a 2022 Kia Stinger on their webpage listed for $37,850. I called and spoke to a salesman named Rafael. ! I have been trying to negotiate a deal on a 2022 Kia Stinger on their webpage listed for $37,850. I called and spoke to a salesman named Rafael. He indicated that he could “probably” lower the price to “around” $36,000, that he could give me full KBB value for my 2022 Kia K5 GT-Line ($27,400), and that financing would “most likely” be around 5%. He also told me that to hold the car, I would have to insure it. I told him I was 4 hours, one-way, driving time away, and I requested a firm price for his vehicle, and a firm offer for mine. He indicated that it was store policy to “not give quotes over the phone”. We went back and forth for two days. I asked to speak to a sales manager, who never called me back. I did finally talk to the Finance Manager, who indicated that the price of his vehicle was $37,850, with no room to negotiate, he offered me $22,000 for my car, and that financing would be 7% at a minimum. He also stated that it was “first-come, first-serve and that he could not guarantee that any car would ever be available”. I then asked him about the reviews I read on-line about extra fees being charged by the finance department and he admitted that it was true, stating that “the price of the car on the website is the sales price, it does not include any maintenance we had to perform to get the car ready for sale. This could include detailing, tires, brakes, oil changes, etc. It will also include required warranties”. I am 68 years old, and have bought many cars over the years, and have dealt with numerous dealerships. THIS IS ABSOLUTLEY THE LEAST TRUSTWORTHY DEALERSHIP I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH!! BUYER BEWARE! More

She asked me to talk to the guy (me being in the business for 30 years, and he xx'd his answers as I shot all the fees down one bye one. Destination Charge for $1730.00?!!! for a used car!!! "Oh we got it from North Carolina" was his answer. $1845 Dealer Prep, 1500 Dealer Acquisition, 600 Dealer Fee, and then to top it all off, a 12.5% interest rate (Shes Tier 1). "We paid 44k for the truck, let me explain how we got here" - NO F*CKIN THANKS, theres nothing to justify a used durango R/T for 81K -. I asked her to grab her purse and just walk out. Now I Printed the invoice and hung it on my wall here at my shop for a great laugh. She ended up going to a Dodge Dealer, advertised truck of 38k, out the door for 43k - SHAME SHAME SHAME on this place, Im sure every once in a while some poor soul gets hammered there.
