Absolute worst car buying experience EVER If I could rate negative stars for this experience, I would. I spent several weeks searching for the perfect BMW, including options, trim, color, mile If I could rate negative stars for this experience, I would. I spent several weeks searching for the perfect BMW, including options, trim, color, mileage and of course, price. I drove nearly 3 hours to see the vehicle, which was behind their store. I wasn't offered to drive the vehicle, just to sit in it and start it while listening to the engine. Despite the odd sales tactic, I decided to pursue given the lower cost compared to numerous other dealerships: BMW and others. I was ready to pull the trigger less than a week later and called Yuri with the good news. Given my long distance from the dealership, I asked about placing a deposit on the car. He told me they wouldn't accept deposits, but would "hold" the car for me for 2 days. I made the necessary arrangements with my bank the next day, purchased a certified bank check and notified my insurance company of my new purchase. By 3 pm the day before I was set to pick up my car, my insurance company had sent over ID cards and a binder to Yuri. I was "home free"! So excited. I reach out to Yuri later that evening to confirm my arrival time the next morning, only to speak to Jack - his partner, notifying me that my car had been sold by a guy that came in and paid cash. My car was sold right out from under me, less than 12 hours from when I would drive to Long Island and drive it home. Who does this??? There is no remorse or even the slightest indication that what they did was wrong! Yuri and his partner actually thought I would consider doing business with them and that they would "make it right". If I could stress that there is a reason why these cars are so cheap, and that the stereotypical car salesmen work at this outfit, it's the truth. Pay a bit more to walk into a reputable dealership rather than go look at a car that is buried in a driveway behind the dumpster. These are the guys that give the rest of that industry a bad name. Crooked, dishonest and lack of professionalism is scratching the surface with these scoundrels. BUYERS BE AWARE!!!! More

I have been to plenty of dealerships located in New York and New Jersey but never til I went here have I found a dealership so deserving of my valuable time to write a quick review. I wouldn't go with any other dealership than Luxury Motor Club provided that Jack stays working with the dealership and the quality of their cars continue to surpass my expectations. Their cars are always so clean, nice and new looking. I swear when I bought my used Benz a couple months ago that it still had that fresh car smell. That smell that you get straight from the factory and the miles were so low that the engine hadn't even been broken in yet and on top of all that they get me approved every time even with terrible credit they still put me behind the wheels of a Benz! The main kicker for me was how they got me approved for the car I wanted even with beyond poor credit rating/score. I will be back when it is time to trade this BMW in and upgrade to something nicer as well as anyone I know that is car shopping I will be sure to send them to Luxury Motor Club! More

I don't have very good credit but it is still better than most peoples credit and Stone was still able to get me a good rate. The vehicle is way beyond what I expected for the low price I managed to get. You should definitely check out their inventory, they keep high quality vehicles and some of the best prices I have seen. I have to admit they were a little over priced on some vehicles but anywhere you go they will be over priced on certain stuff. Oh yeah, don't forget to ask for Stone! More

I have to say that for an used car lot they are high scale with affordable pricing and they got my credit approved which means they can probably get just about any one approved. I recommend that you ask for Stone when you go. I have great experiences with him! More

Yuri didn't seemed to be focused on the sale as much as he was focused on making sure I found a nice BMW that I would still be happy with in six months. I almost winded up making a terrible decisoin that I would had regretted but, thanks to Yuri for talking me into going home and sleeping it I came back and got the other BMW and I couldn't be happier.. I haven't had any car problems, or any type of other issues. The customer service was above and beyond. I would use Luxury Motor Club again and again. I hope when I come back again I can still get a car from Yuri. Thanks again More
