Nope,this is why needed new brake pads, didn’t see it my fault bubble in my tire, rip in my back seat hidden by sales lady’s purse (smooth move on her part), 2 ignition coils failed, and cracked rear differential. Cars look good and they pull you in. Stay Away!!!! More

This car dealership is not a good dealership to go to. They're not honest people. This dealership is telling me after refinance my vehicle with another bank that policy the two extended warranties I purc They're not honest people. This dealership is telling me after refinance my vehicle with another bank that policy the two extended warranties I purchased are non cancelable. What happened is they overcharged me a very high price one these 2 contracts and they paid the 2 companies a different amount of money which is way smaller than what they originally charged for. Be careful with Luxury Motor Car Dealership, they are 2 faces people, one is before you signing and then the other is for after you signing. Very bad dealer place ! Should have listened to the overwhelming bad reviews out there and spared my self the trouble falls hope and wasted time. Where do I begin..we drove from CT to NY to look at the vehicle and see if deal can be made as we were told no sort of discussion or negotiating can be made about car .trade in or even getting financing all in person. Known tactic.. Car was ready upfront for us to look at 30 seconds into inspecting it realized hood sound shields was beaten off and shredded by rodent and left all over engine bay.i found that very concerning was dismissed by the team later as normal in NY .really ??? Rest of the vehicle seemed ok and drive ok. Carfax had 7 or 8 entries with no explanation.i asked for explanation from no other but GM Kristin and was told..... Lol those are car washes ..well not quite as I called a friend at jeep.dealer and was informed it was internal jeep service on transmission . Price was 69850 I asked for any amount of was told not negotiable.i said on let's look at my car value having it appraised prior on few sites and 2 dealers so I wouldn't be taken advantage off and you guessed it was below lowest appraisal and even below lowest range even was told we are being generous normally we do less and.deduct $ but you have a nice rare car. I asked for very little more and was turned down. These people are something else. We looked at each other and said ok let's see what we can do on financing and here we encounter another problem they love to do a dealer reserve which means add points to your % that bank approved you for. After all of this I took gm business card and said will think about it and as we drove home we came.up with few q and asked for answers and address the shield . No replay at all to.mesage . Called and was told car is now sold .even though it continues to be advertised all over Internet. Very bad deceitful lying shady dealership..stay away. Not to mention they said they had 500 cars in stock and reality was 2 small lots.wth 20 cars on each max. More

I live in OH and found a car on their website (posted for $39K), called and discussed out-of-door price, including tax, document prep etc. Be review. They confirmed final number (~$45K) multiple times over the phone, and assured me that would be the price if I fly to get the car. Long story short, I fly there excited to get the car, test drove it, and everything was nice and professional until a contract was put in front of me for $52K!!! They just kept adding different new cost items adding up to an extra $7K over what was given over the phone. Shame on me for falling for their lies, and I leave it to the experts to determine if giving wrong advertisement information just to bring in a customer is even legal, but in my opinion this is extremely shady business practice and I would make sure you get things from them in writing before you spend your time going to see them. If they avoid sending you anything in writing, you can assume it's because the contract you see at the end will be very different from what they told you verbally or advertised online. More
This dealership had us sitting there all day from afternoon to late evening. We were not there to waste time we were serious buyers with excellent credit score and impeccable credit history. This dealership not only lied to us they also tried to bump up interest rates, charge us twice for taxes and force us into buying warranties to make up for there lower price that they list on the internet. BUYERS BEWARE the internet price is to get you in the door. They were unprofessional and scammers. The sad part is many people don’t catch on to there quick scams and it causes financial hardship for people because they are forced to pay more then they should be. Be mindful read everything they show you and do your HW before purchasing a car. More
I live in baltimore, MD so told the finance officer and sales person that I would o ly come uo there if after I s3nd all the paperwork and I was approved would I make the trip up there. I was told I was approved and I only needed to come up to sign my documents. This was a total LIE!. Once I arrived I was told a hard check would now be done although I had already gave permission for this to be done prior to my arrival. I wa told to out an insane amount of money down which was just crazy. They took I driver's license also upon my arrival. Mind you I took 3 trains and two users to get there, expecting to drive my car home. They didn't return my license to me and I decided to stay in Manhattan, since I had to now catch the train back home. They couldn't even get my license back to me without me paying for it. This company lies to its customers and I was t treated very well by shonel. What a horrible experience More
I have bought as lot of cars in my life. Never been to such a shady car dealership before. Drove 3 and 1/2 hours to look at 2021 Infiniti advertised at $35,759. The car was nice but the gage dash was not factory. I owned the same Infiniti before. Just a 2016. That dash was messed with which made me very uncomfortable. Don’t waste your time with this place. They come up with all these made up fees out of nowhere. You would be stupid to pay them. More
10/13/23: STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP! ! I have been trying to negotiate a deal on a 2022 Kia Stinger on their webpage listed for $37,850. I called and spoke to a salesman named Rafael. ! I have been trying to negotiate a deal on a 2022 Kia Stinger on their webpage listed for $37,850. I called and spoke to a salesman named Rafael. He indicated that he could “probably” lower the price to “around” $36,000, that he could give me full KBB value for my 2022 Kia K5 GT-Line ($27,400), and that financing would “most likely” be around 5%. He also told me that to hold the car, I would have to insure it. I told him I was 4 hours, one-way, driving time away, and I requested a firm price for his vehicle, and a firm offer for mine. He indicated that it was store policy to “not give quotes over the phone”. We went back and forth for two days. I asked to speak to a sales manager, who never called me back. I did finally talk to the Finance Manager, who indicated that the price of his vehicle was $37,850, with no room to negotiate, he offered me $22,000 for my car, and that financing would be 7% at a minimum. He also stated that it was “first-come, first-serve and that he could not guarantee that any car would ever be available”. I then asked him about the reviews I read on-line about extra fees being charged by the finance department and he admitted that it was true, stating that “the price of the car on the website is the sales price, it does not include any maintenance we had to perform to get the car ready for sale. This could include detailing, tires, brakes, oil changes, etc. It will also include required warranties”. I am 68 years old, and have bought many cars over the years, and have dealt with numerous dealerships. THIS IS ABSOLUTLEY THE LEAST TRUSTWORTHY DEALERSHIP I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH!! BUYER BEWARE! More
