Do not repeat do not go to this dealership how do a car cost 23,000 you pay $10,000 down and then you owe 24,000 I was there trying to get finance for seven hours was getting sick. I’m a diabetic. I had to go home at the traveling hour and a half to get there then realize what sign into the next morning call couldn’t get through CALL the next day and the next couldn’t get through to the finance man, they keep you on hold never get through. Partly my fault. Never thought that I will get ripped off now it’s in the hands of the Attorney General of New Jersey. . Love the car hate the dealership got me for four grand. More

From the moment we stepped in, we were treated like insignificant nobodies, solely judged by our attire and the vehicle we arrived in. Despite the lack of other customers, we were brushed off with the excuse of being "busy," while salesmen stood idly by, joking and smoking. After an excruciating hour of waiting, we were met with absolute silence, no acknowledgment, let alone assistance. It's bewildering how a dealership can prioritize appearances over genuine customer service and a willingness to make a sale. Complete waste of time, avoid dealership and spend your money elsewhere. The worst thing I ever did on 04/08/24, was to go to this car dealership. Only went to make enquiries to purchase 2020 Lexus rx 350. I was will to make a down payment of 11,000 including my Toyota camry. Aft car dealership. Only went to make enquiries to purchase 2020 Lexus rx 350. I was will to make a down payment of 11,000 including my Toyota camry. After my negotiations with the sales representative, he went to call the finance man. The first thing he will ask the sales representative in front of me was, where's he taking the car too, is he taking it to Africa or what, and secondly he asked the sales rep, have you checked his credit score. I told him I can't finance above 27k because the Lexus already have 44,000 miles on it, and they should give me car keys. On my way leaving, he said to me, hope you have enough gas in your car to take you back home. I noticed everyone in their reception started to steer at me. I just quietly got out the place. History will judge this company for how they treated me. I already bought my 2021 Lexus rx 350 from another dealership who knows how to receive customer. More

Purchased a car in January of 2024, haven’t received my plates in over 2 months. My calls get screened so they don't pick up. Customer Service at the dealership has no answers. Take a mechanic with you when you buy a car from this establishment. I bought a car in October of 2023. My salesperson was Haneef. Second I took my car to my mechanic for a simple oil change and tire rotation and he advised me that this car needed a lot of basic maintenance that you would think that Luxury Motors would have done before they sold the vehicle to me like Cvt Tran service, coolant flush,brake flush,power steering flush, fuel injector service, throttlebody service. I spoke with the GM and he advised me to take the car to there Butler NJ Service Center and he doesn't know if they will pay for all of these services. If you don't want the run around and a headache do not buy a car from this establishment. They are just Terrible More

After speaking with 3 different people over the phone and finally getting some answers on the vehicle I was interested in, they wanted to tack on about $8k in added fees…not talking about TT&L, just fees!
