BUYER BEWARE! SCAM! SHADY! GRIMY! UNSCRUPULOUS! LIARS! USED CAR SALESMAN HUSTLE! Stay away from this dealership! They should be shut down. It should be illegal to SCAM! SHADY! GRIMY! UNSCRUPULOUS! LIARS! USED CAR SALESMAN HUSTLE! Stay away from this dealership! They should be shut down. It should be illegal to lie the way they do and to hide costs the way they do. It should be illegal to list cars for a price that is not true, instead it’s lowered to get you in the dealership so they can hustle you and hope you don’t see the game. I drive three and a half hours because they listed a vehicle cheaper than all other dealerships with that radius by a few thousand dollars. On top of that, they claim to have a special going on where the cars would receive an additional $1500 off. Everything the other reviewers are saying is true. Here is their whole game. They list a car thousands lower than the average for the same vehicle in a 200 mile radius. This gets you in the door. They plan to keep you at the dealership for six plus hours or until late in the evening or night. This is to tire you out especially if you traveled from afar. They think you are less likely to walk away. WALK AWAY!!! They never want to show you the cost sheet with the official breakdown, the sales contract. They right a few figures on scratch paperwork leaving out the details. Do your own calculation and your numbers with be thousands less than there’s. This is because they have added on fees to get the car back up to the actual price which is actually more than others similar cars within the 200 miles radius. They claim to take a car for cleaning so you wait for a test drive. When you test drive it’s obvious the car has not been cleaned. They put LoJack on all there cars and don’t tell you until you’re almost signing the contract. They can track you with this and it’s an install on a factory vehicle which is not recommended. The charge over $3000 for what they call a conditioning fee. They claim this fee is to do a 100 point inspection on the vehicle you are purchasing. This type inspection cost a hundred dollars at brand name dealerships and auto shops. They claim the fee is so high in case they have to change break fluids, filters and such. But this is a lie because the vehicles are low miles and have not entered that service window, further more they are still under factory warranty. They add other fees to cancel out any tax credits you are owed. They do not apply your down payment to the loan balance. For instance the list price on the car we were about to purchase was $37600. This is before the $1500 off they promised. Working all the numbers and with a down payment, we should have been out the door around this price, but the out the door price or the amount finance was $44000. That’s with the down payment included. So the car essentially cost $49000, up from $37000. I could have purchased from BMW cheaper than this with peace of mind. Another tactic is that the sales person tries to fool you as if they are your friend and claim to not need the sale but it’s a lie and he is in on the scam. They never answer pointed direct questions. They want to hold your key and credit card which is another tactic. They keep you there all day and night until other business in the area closes and to try to tire you out. They do not want to use your bank or your own financing. They told us if we use our own financing the price changes, that the cash price would not be the same as the finance price. Why not?! These people are the embodiment of the negative trope of USED CAR SALESMAN. They have no shame, no honor, no integrity, no moral compass. They should be shutdown. If I didn’t live so far away I would have went back to address them face to face. THEY ARE FRAUDS!! More
I never usually leave bad reviews on any place but this is really to warn people. Don’t waste your time here if you’re not ready to pay 6-10k in fees. Mind you, ALL the fees are listed as optional on the w is really to warn people. Don’t waste your time here if you’re not ready to pay 6-10k in fees. Mind you, ALL the fees are listed as optional on the website. Such a joke😭 I had been talking to someone on the phone for a while before I took a flight to buy a car from here, and they confirmed there would be no additional fees besides the doc fee. But when I get there, ready to buy the car thousands of dollars get added on. Don’t waste your time negotiating the fake fees either. More
I purchased a 2024 BMW X5 from Luxury Motors in April 2025, but the experience quickly turned into a nightmare. In September 2025, the first service light came on, and when taken to BMW, I was informed t 2025, but the experience quickly turned into a nightmare. In September 2025, the first service light came on, and when taken to BMW, I was informed the car had no oil change records and needed a new engine, with BMW noting service lights were deliberately reset. When I contacted Luxury Motors, they refused accountability, blaming me for a car I just bought and was taking for its first service! They sold me a vehicle that was essentially a lemon, potentially with hidden issues, and showed no care for their customer. Do NOT buy from Luxury Motors without extreme caution. Before any purchase, demand to see all maintenance paperwork and proof of service history. Do not trust them; they are "grimy," and you could end up with a costly lemon like I did. I will never buy from or recommend them again! More
Unlike the other reviews I did not have a wonderful experience! Unfortunately they embodied the bad reputation some dealerships have. They were not considerate of my time and the distance I traveled experience! Unfortunately they embodied the bad reputation some dealerships have. They were not considerate of my time and the distance I traveled even though I had scheduled the appointment and made it clear my hopes to be back on the road in a few hours. I was told the car needed to be cleaned and checked over. Who lists a car that has not been cleaned and checked over by a technician?! I waited 6 hours to purchase the vehicle even though the price had been negotiated early in the process. They held onto my drivers license and visa card for 4 hours! The financing was misleading even after their "clarification". I was charged for services I had declined and did not receive! My repeated requests to see a price breakdown for my purchase has been met with silence by Ignazio. More
PLEASE BEWARE OF THIS DEALERSHIP! ! READ THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS!! The things that people are saying is 100% accurate. I wish I would’ve read the negative reviews more thoroughly and ! READ THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS!! The things that people are saying is 100% accurate. I wish I would’ve read the negative reviews more thoroughly and not given the benefit of the doubt. Just don’t even waste your time unless you have money to waste!! I received a breakdown down on true car that told me one price that was totally different than what they were trying to offer me. The price increased THOUSANDS of dollars for “add ons” that were already done to the vehicle. The price was so outrageous I said no thanks. She then proceeded to say let me speak with manager and see what we can do for you. Called me back with a cheaper total and I verified that it would be the out the door price bcuz I’m traveling 3 hours and I don’t want to waste my time. I asked for it in writing.. red flag #1 should’ve been the red marker writing on the previous offer pictured below. Going against my better judgment I put $500 down to hold it. I immediately noticed the car had no rearview mirror during the test drive and I was assured it would be taken care of. Prior to coming I mentioned I had a pre-approval that I would be using to make sure it wouldn’t be an issue. Sitting down to get started I noticed the price that they were tryna give me was not what was discussed over the phone. He proceeded to say that the only way that I could get the lower priced is if I financed through them. Immediately I said I don’t want it how can I get my refund. After I traveled 3 hours! That should have been my instinct to RUN! Manager came to talk to me. He tried to talk me into the price. Again I declined then he asked me what price I would be happy with. At this point I’m annoyed and ready to go. He comes back with a lower price. Not exactly what we agreed on but lower and I took it. The whole experience has been shady and they are scammers! Asking to see my deductible amount for the insurance. Asking me to sign a check before they presented me with paperwork!! Saying they were gonna replace the rearview mirror but didn’t! Then lied and said they had to order it and would replace it. They provided me with one car key. Told me another lie about LoJack being able to give me a new key if I called them. During my drive home I’ve noticed a loud obnoxious squealing noise so now I have to take it to the shop. This is SAME DAY PURCHASE! Save yourself time stress and money!! UPDATE: Almost 4 weeks later with no update to mirror delivery and you pay thousands in fees to make sure the vehicle is ready for purchase but the mechanics can’t even place the rollers on the correct side which cost me an additional hundreds of dollars to repair More
I purchase an electric car over a month ago and I’m still waiting on the electric charger that was promised as part of the purchase. Despite multiple follow-ups with Howard and Richard and Ignazio, I’v still waiting on the electric charger that was promised as part of the purchase.
