Volkswagen Passat I was excited to go purchase what I thought was a nice 2013 Volkswagen Passat with around 32,000 miles on it. Took time off work to drive an hour ther I was excited to go purchase what I thought was a nice 2013 Volkswagen Passat with around 32,000 miles on it. Took time off work to drive an hour there only to find out that they had sold the car a month prior to me getting there, and didn’t update the website. Super inconvenient. I ended up purchasing another Passat that was there that had a little cosmetic issue that I was assured would be fixed before I got the car (driver side sun visor was broken off). The issue was fixed superficially, meaning the visor was connect and hung, but it was still broken. Other than these two (one I consider major) nuance, I had a pleasant experience. Staff was nice, and the manager was a decent guy. More

One off I was referred to Luxury & Imports by my mother who has dealt with them for years and always been very satisfied. My experience, however was less than favorable and full of challenges. I worked with a gentleman out of Junction City who (unbeknownst to me) was resigning the day after I signed for my car. Several cosmetic repairs, as well as a remote start were to be done prior to me taking the possession of the car and none of them were done. He rushed the sale of my car and lied to me about having the remote start added. It took almost 6 weeks for me to FINALLY get my 2019 Jeep to the standards it should have been originally. Cooper was accommodating and did his best to clean up the mess created by the salesman, but I was in a loaner for 4 of the 6 weeks and on several occasions had to call THEM to figure out where we were in the process. Timelines weren’t kept, and communication was lackluster to say the least. I believe my experience may have been a “one off” and not the usual way they do business, but I will go so far as to say their customer service practices within the business office have opportunities for improvement. More
