He provided evidence for his viewpoints, and I didn’t walk away feeling like I got taken advantage of. The deal was fair for both parties. I buy from people I like, and I bought on my first visit (which I never do). A big thank you goes to Chris for making my buying experience painless as possible!!!! Also, once negotiations ended, I was out of there in a timely fashion. Chad made the financing process a breeze. Good job guys!!! More

Not satisfactory Cooper did good with the financing. Got us approved over internet and phone. All was great. Went to go test drive and buy the car we had selected. We were super excited. We live about 60 miles from dealer- well car didn’t make it home before it broke down. Luxury said they would get everything fixed. Three days later broken car was still sitting. Finally tow truck came and took it to local shop. Sat in shop for over a week, they finally called said it was ready. We went to pick it up around 6 pm last night. They determined it was something different than what they told us originally but the worst part is Luxery did not tell them to fix everything. It seems as if they fixed it just to make it drivable——well Sure enough the thing won’t start it’s still broken!!! “Owed” this car for 2 weeks now and have yet to be able to drive it!! They say their vehicles go through a full and thorough inspection. I don’t believe they do. I have to replace all the blinkers and brake light bc they do not work. If you do buy car from them, I recommend going to a shop and having a quick inspection done yourself to ensure you are getting what you pay for. They are very difficult to get ahold of (unless they were just avoiding our calls and emails). Just totally unsatisfied and mad that I have a paperweight in my driveway 😡 More
