Great First Time Buying Experience Luxury and Imports in Leavenworth, KS was the absolute best place we could have gone for my first time buying a car at a dealership. I was ready to ge Luxury and Imports in Leavenworth, KS was the absolute best place we could have gone for my first time buying a car at a dealership. I was ready to get rid of my first car, and buy something newer. After searching the internet for weeks for new cars that piqued my interest, I came across a bright blue 2017 Buick Encore. It had all the features I was looking for, for a reasonable price. I called and spoke with Cooper, who was very helpful and friendly and told me to come in for a test drive. My family and I all drove to Leavenworth from KC to see the car, and it was exactly what I wanted. It was perfect for me! John got us set up for the test drive, and helped us with the buying process afterwards. He even helped us get the car for a little more of a deal than it already was. All of the employees, especially John, were accommodating to me bringing my "crew" of family who wanted to be apart of my experience. Any and all questions were answered confidently and easily, and I felt really assured through the whole process of what exactly was happening. John took his time to explain to me step by step the buying process, warranties, and general information, to the point I felt extremely confident in my decision. Luxury and Imports made the car buying process for me easy and so worth it. It's been a few months and I'm still loving my new car, and have recommended their dealership to anyone who will listen! They are a honest and fair dealership who truly makes you feel like they care about you and what they're selling you, without making you feel like you're just another dollar sign, like other dealerships. I also loved that John had a stack of pictures on his desk from previous people who bought their cars with them, and took a picture of us post-purchase, which he emailed to me later on.
