I messaged this dealer about a car they had advertised. I never bought a car from out of town before, but they had exactly what I wanted. The guy who helped me was Cooper and talking to him was like having a never bought a car from out of town before, but they had exactly what I wanted. The guy who helped me was Cooper and talking to him was like having a friend to be my eyes on the ground. He got me videos of the Golf, service docs, and even handled shipping it to my house. I live in NC, but trust I'll be buying from them again. 5 stars More

Great people. Buying a car never took so less of time. They make sure you know what your getting into and if the vehicle has any issues after driving off the lot they make sure its corrected. I purchased the car of my dreams, a Jaguar. This is the only dealership near by that had any on their lot. The salesman, John, was very accommodating. He proceeded quickly to finalize the sale and I comple only dealership near by that had any on their lot. The salesman, John, was very accommodating. He proceeded quickly to finalize the sale and I completed the paperwork with the a man who I presume is the manager of the dealership. He was not friendly, didn't see interested in hearing how excited I was to be buying a Jaguar. The vehicle needed body work, a dent that was starting to rust. I was told it would be buffed out so it wouldn't be noticeable and he wasn't going to ask the body shop manager to expedite the repair as he'd asked several other times and the shop manager was complaining. I thought the comment was rude and made me feel like my purchase wasn't important. I did call the John the next day and asked for the car to be ready by Wednesday of the next week as I was going on a trip and wanted to take my new-to-me car. It was ready shortly before closing but it was clear the shop manager was not happy about being rushed. I am thankful, however, that the body shop manager repaired the dent corrected and repainted the bumpers. He cared about the quality of work coming out of his shop.On the way home from picking up the car, the low tire indicator came on. I aired up the tire and the next day on my trip, it came on again. I stopped at a tire shop and they showed me that the inside of the aluminum wheel was bent in two places and the tire was not sealing in those places. Upon my return home, I took the car back to Leavenworth and asked that all four wheels be checked and fixed. They only did the wheel that was causing the problem although wheels also were bent. Two weeks later another tire started loosing air. I went to a tire shop in Topeka and was told that tire was not fixable. I had to buy a complete set of tires. The dealership should have replaced them all before selling the car. They all had chunks of rubber missing from the sidewalls.I give this rating 3 stars only because of the salesman and the fact that their inventory included makes that most dealerships do not carry. More

For the most part ,I,d want to rate a 5 star. Prob was,I didn't get a demo on operating any features ,of the vehicle., Still learning.There were no manuals with the vehicle at all.. The full factory set was allmost $600....soo we know where they went. Over all ,the SSR rates a 5 star in my opinion,soo the deal was great in that respect,Thx The dealership serv dpt,used the wrong oil in the vehicle,Battery wasn"t checked.etc. More
