This dealership is the greatest. I purchased a very clean 2015 Dodge Ram from them in July. My gosh! The exceptionalism runs deep with Luxury and Imports in Leavenworth. I took my vehicle to them this morning for an oil change, inspection and winterization. Brock was my service rep. When a received a call from him 2 hours later, my vehicle was not only finished. But Brock told me they replaced my battery at no charge. It failed there test. I am was astonished. The battery was tested good when I purchased. He said they wanted to take care of it since I just purchased it in July. Now folks, I have bought a lot of vehicles in my time. Eh-had an ok experience. Had an appointment to view a specific car. When I arrived it wasn’t available to view and I was told the guy who was working on it wasn’t available to bring it out for me. When I was going to leave it miraculously became available. Ended up finding another car so not a huge deal…when I purchased my car I was told to bring it in to get the battery replaced and that a mechanic was staying late to do it. Drove all the way there and was told he’d left for the evening. Had to make another appointment to bring it back. Car didn’t come with a spare key-after I’d already purchased the car they said they wouldn’t cover the cost of one but they had a good “key guy” they’d recommend…for me to purchase my own 200$ key for a car I’d just purchased the day before. The people were nice but it was kind of a hot mess. More
