Everyone was nice, everyone was professional, but there is a DEEP seeded issue with this establishment. They REFUSE to haggle. Which normally would be fine, that's their prerogative, it's their product is a DEEP seeded issue with this establishment. They REFUSE to haggle. However, this isn't listed anywhere, not on their website, and they didn't tell me this in person until after they'd used up my whole morning and made me fill out mountains of paperwork. I made it clear from the moment I walked in that I would be haggling the price, and not a single person, behind the desk, or showing me the vehicle, said that they didn't do that there. It became clear to me that they saved that piece of information until I'd already filled out all the paperwork to make me feel like I was "in too deep" so I might as well get the vehicle as is. Again, everyone was SUPER friendly and helpful, and I'd recommend them personally any day of the week, but until they start being a little more up front about their business model, I can't bring myself to recommend the location.
