I have been very pleased with my service until Friday 7/31. One of your service people ripped some of the rubber around my trunk hatch. No one said anything. Okay-est used car buying experience. Buying a used vehicle is never the best experience of your life. I drove 3 hours to their Leavenworth office, which Cooper knew I was coming. I then waited almost an hour for the vehicle to be brought in. I was bait and switched with salesmen, which Tino was a very nice guy but just the games they play. There wasn't much in terms of negotiations, and the car needed repairs which they handled AND then delivered to my home 3 hours away. I had to remind them of the details of the deal a few times but they eventually came through. Overall, the okay-est used car buying experience. More

I am very pleased with the service Luxury & Imports (in Lansing KS) always provides. The quality of the service technicians at L&I is what other auto dealers should strive to. Last year it was L&I that identified an excessive oil consumption problem with my 2011 Audi A4. They counseled me to contact the Audi dealer as there was an extended warranty AudiUSA had issued for this issue that I may be able to take advantage of. They were correct and Audi covered the replacement of my 2.0T engine. Thank you L&I! My next used auto purchase will be likely through you. More

We had an issue with my wife’s rear differential on her Jeep. The aftermarket warranty offered by Alpha was/is a joke and isn’t worth the paper it’s printed on. This being said Luxury and Imports, Cooper a Jeep. The aftermarket warranty offered by Alpha was/is a joke and isn’t worth the paper it’s printed on. This being said Luxury and Imports, Cooper and Aaron really went above and beyond to address this issue and really held Alpha’s feet to the fire on their shoddy warranty and attempts to get out of fixing/honoring their warranty. Aaron and Cooper took the time to listen to our issues/complaints and never fired back at us in an attacking/defensive manner. They understood where we were coming from and they did everything within their power to address the issues needed to get my wife’s Jeep fixed. Buying a used vehicle comes with risks but it is nice to know that Luxury and its Staff stand behind not only their vehicles but their customers first and foremost. Thanks again for everything it’s nice to know that the care and respect we saw when buying our vehicles there extended into the actual service/ownership portion of the experience.
