Not heard back regarding promises made. ..sad. I was told and a written doc was provided that parts were ordered and the repairs would be completed. Bought car, heard back once from the sale ..sad. I purchased a car from this dealership. When the service guy was bringing the car out he told the salesman that he made sure the lights were off. To their credit, even though it was outside the scope of the warranty, the dealership covered half the cost of the repair. However this was something that was hidden and I still had to eat the other half. More
