Excellent Experience My wife and I purchased an Audi Q5 earlier this week from Luxury & Imports. Initially the car was at their KC dealership, but they graciously offered to bring the vehicle to the JC dealership to make it more convenient for us to see and drive the vehicle (we live in Manhattan). The car was in excellent shape and condition and the pictures from the website were very accurate. The salesman was super professional and helpful in answering all the questions we had about the car - and what he didn't know he was able to research and get a quick answer. They provided a fair trade-in for the vehicle we traded in and identified financing options that fit our budget. Kara was excellent in getting all the paperwork in order and made the transaction quick, simple, and pleasant. When we took delivery of the car, we noticed a ding in the passenger side door. Kara made arrangements to get the body shop to take care of the ding so the vehicle was perfect. Super great and honest people. I would not hesitate to purchase from them again in the future. More

Wonderful Experience I found my car listing through cars.com, and the price listed was the ACTUAL price of the car-- not so for many other dealerships. My particular car I found my car listing through cars.com, and the price listed was the ACTUAL price of the car-- not so for many other dealerships. My particular car was at the Junction City location, and they had it transferred to Leavenworth location for a test drive by that afternoon. This was during the coronavirus, and the dealership took all reasonable precautions to make sure that everyone was kept safe during the test drive and car buying process. The price on the car was competitive, and the trade-in value was also fair. Honestly, as I told the team in person several times, this was the best car buying experience I've ever had. I've already recommended them to several friends and would buy from them again. More
