They counseled me to contact the Audi dealer as there was an extended warranty AudiUSA had issued for this issue that I may be able to take advantage of. After contacting this dealership and speaking with Cooper about a 2017 Audi Q3 and receiving honest feedback, we ended up driving to Leavenworth and purchased a 2017 Audi Q3 from Luxury and Imports. All sales staff were very kind and welcoming. Cooper did not rush us and took additional time to explain car features and set up my bluetooth phone as well. As we were driving home, my husband said he will be back when he needs to purchase a new vehicle. It is without any reservation that we recommend this dealership.
