I can no longer recommend this dealership to friends and family. The sales process was good, to good. I was told that the truck I was going to purchase on a Thursday would get new brakes, provide a secon family. The sales process was good, to good. I was told that the truck I was going to purchase on a Thursday would get new brakes, provide a second key, tires, an alignment, and attempt to repair a small dent on thebside by end-of-day Tuesday. When I arrived on Tuesday the truck looked good on the lot. As soon as I drove off the lot it became clear that not all the work was performed or done correctly! After talking to management they offered to get me an appointment 12 days later!! And of course I received the excuse, it's hard to find good help, we have a busy schedule.. My question in return was, how did you expect to get all of the work promised prior to delivery (2.5 days) with the same technicians that now requires me to wait 12 days for service?! More
