Very pleased with our purchase of a 2020 Chrysler Pacifica. The price was within other dealership’s prices. AJ took the time to have the service department check the leak and they discovered the tire had a very slow leak in the sidewall. Knowing that it is unsafe to repair a sidewall leak, the dealership ordered a new tire and replaced it after the deal was made. For someone who is not thrilled with dealing with care salesman, I was pleasantly surprised at my experience. I highly recommend Luxury and Imports if you are looks for a quality used vehicle. More

John contacted me about a vehicle I was interested in on their website. It was at one of their other locations so I just assumed it was off the table. I did, it checked all my boxes, so I began the paperwork, and it was going to be delivered the following day. After reflecting on it though, I spoke to John, and felt that, although the vehicle checked all the boxes, was in excellent condition, etc., I wasn't confident in my decision and it just wasn't the car for me. John listened, we looked through other inventory (never pushing beyond my budget) and he had another vehicle that I fell in love with and it's been a perfect fit! I really appreciated the no pressure sale, the fact that my budget was honored, that the price you see online is the price you pay, and that the cars they sell are in excellent condition. It's hard to find personal, quality service like this anymore! I just felt taken care of by everyone there! I've already recommended them to my family and friends! More
