I live two hours away so I called and text then before I come down. Josh the salesman pacifically text me and talk to me that it is available. I found a truck on Facebook and one of Luxury Auto Malls reps, Josh, messaged me back and forth. I decided to drive 1 hour and 20 minutes up to this location to buy the vehicle at a price that we established, pending the test drive. I rearranged my afternoon and my wife's afternoon just to accommodate this transaction. When we got there I was told Josh had a family emergency and someone else would help me. I asked about that truck and the rep said they have a couple locations and would have to see where it was. I called Josh during this wait. He answered and said he was at a different location doing another deal. I asked where the truck was. He said he didn't know, then he said it was at a different location. At this point, I went into the office and asked the five men sitting there where that truck was. A white man with colorful arm tattoos (I never got his name but I think he was the manager) asked if it was a Ford, I said no a Chevy and he said they sold it the night before, but he would have a salesmen show me around. I told him the salesmen was talking with me all day and they knew it was sold. He said he can't control Facebook listing. I explained that he wasted my time and my wife's, that he bait and switched us, and that they were dishonest. I call warranty company and they claim Luxury had not activated my account and also the coil packs are not covered. I went ahead and had all of them done as my mechanic recommended it $800. Last week my transmission blows up so I have it towed to a Transmission shop and the replacement is $4200 so I call the warranty company to let them know and to start a claim. i find out the warranty only covers up to $3000 on Transmission or Engine so of course im pissed again but since this is my work van I'm like whatever I will pay the difference.After waiting two days for the inspector report I find out they will not cover it as my warranty is not for a Commercial Vehicle. I spent about 6 hours at Luxury buying this work van and talking about how im going to use it for commercial work and even talking about buying a few of them and not one time did they mention my warranty that they pushed on me would not be covered. I paid $2800 for this warranty More

This was the first week in April. I still have no AC & it’s the end of May. They also claimed I had bumper to bumper warranty, but I actually called the warranty place itself and that doesn’t even exist. They charge me monthly for a warranty I don’t even have. Lastly, this owner is the most disgusting person I have ever met. He was talking terribly about me and said awful things in Spanish, assuming I did not know any Spanish. I am actually half Puerto Rican & fluent in Spanish. I then called him out for his rude actions, and he slammed the door and never spoke to me again. He then told me that he was threatening me & to take his warning, whatever that means lol. He has gotten into my face and yelled at me (mind you I am a 5 foot small, 20 year old woman), has said disgusting inappropriate things about me, and has treated me terribly. I’d advise everyone to not enter this place & to stay very far away. Crappy place with the absolute worst human beings I’ve ever met. More
