This place is total xxxx hole. I purchased my vehicle and I was told I'm getting a full coverage included in my monthly payments. 3 month later I found out they sold me not even a I purchased my vehicle and I was told I'm getting a full coverage included in my monthly payments. 3 month later I found out they sold me not even a insurance but a extended warranty. And who helped me out with this they so called managers I believe his name was Josh he drives a dark Grey pick up truck he told me it was a full coverage and If I choose to remove or cancel this coverage i can do so at anytime and get a refund if need it too, lies, lies. First he wanted me to sign the papers, I told him I needed to see the truck first. After waiting 25 minutes, he said the truck is outside but i have to go so here’s the key and do the papers with another sales person. When I went outside to see the truck, immediately I noticed it was a completely different one than the picture. I said I came for the truck in the picture that we agreed even this morning that was ready for me. They tried to convinced me to take the other one but I left. I was very upset at the principle that they lied to customers. More

Worst place to buy a car, Recently bought a truck, drove to Houston and the truck stopped working before i got there, supposedly it had guarantee with the ford, we took it there and it stayed there for a lo to Houston and the truck stopped working before i got there, supposedly it had guarantee with the ford, we took it there and it stayed there for a long time, till they brought it to Tampa, the dealer told me it had a new motor, which i discover it was a lie, i went to the dealer and the owner told me she was going to fix that and she was going to call me, i never got the call, I went to the dealer today and one rude unprofessional guy told us if we wanted the truck we have to give them cash, i went to the police and i was told they're committing fraud, the good reviews some of them are a lie so be careful with this scam. They give you a fixed car that woul last maximum a week if you have good luck and then when you take it to them they will try to resell it. More
