If you don't live in New York and you're skeptical about purchasing a car online and across the miles without a test drive, don't worry, I assure you that LuxSport Motor Group only sells only the best quality cars. In fact, at around 8 PM in New York, the owner Lance Yudkin took his time to video call us and show us the the car to ensure we are satisfied with what we are purchasing. I live on Hawaii so 1. its hard to find a Mitsubishi Evo for my son (they stopped making them) and 2. We don't want something that was preowned by someone on island. There is nothing worse than to go to a cars and coffee or car show on this small island only to meet the previous owner. It took a lot of trust and patience for me to purchase a vehicle from the other end of the US, but we had to buy off-island and when we picked up the car, it was more than what we expected..it is AWESOME! Even with the 6 hours difference, Lance (the owner) was very responsive even when it was 10PM his time. 4. They were able to work out the transport/shipping hassles all the way to Honolulu. Even provided pictures of the car on transport. 5. Flexible payment options (credit card, wire transfer, etc...) If anything, I was the very anxious customer because it was my biggest purchase from across the miles, but Lance did everything he could to assure me and was also responsive in getting me what I needed, even temporary dealer tags...which I really need because the DMV on Hawaii is closed for awhile during these Covid times. I was looking online for a specific car for a while actually, Mercedes AMG S63. The showroom was very clean, very great staff and very luxurious cars to chose from. When i saw the car I was looking for, I was very impressed, the condition of the car was way better than I had expected. I though to myself this is a place we’re I feel comfortable and safe to buy a car. All the staff was great but My sales person was Brandon, I asked him manny questions and details about the car and I couldn’t find one reason to stand back and not purchase the car. I did not have the ability to view the car in person, but Lance went out of his way to send any information I requested. His level of patience with me was astounding, and much appreciated. This was my first time purchasing a vehicle sight unseen, and Lance was very accommodating and understanding. The process was smooth and LuxSport was very patient while we worked through everything. They helped me setup a covered transport, as I had no clue on good ones. Turns out, the transport they picked was top notch and the truck driver was incredibly helpful and friendly. Calling with delivery updates and helping make sure the car was perfect before he left. As a first time purchase of this nature, I was obviously nervous, but Lance and the team helped keep me informed and helped tremendously along the way. As for the car, it's absolutely perfect. You can tell that Lance and the team there care about the vehicles they sell. Not a single scratch on the vehicle, looks almost brand new, and runs amazingly.
