I have dealt with countless dealerships in the Chicagoland area, probably most of the larger independents similar to Lux. I can honestly say that the only truly good experience I have had is when I deal with this dealership. Val is my go-to, he has been there for many many years, 17 I think, which is unheard of. He is decent, honest, and a pleasure to deal with. He will go above and beyond to help you. The management is also very reasonable. They sell good cars and have a great selection. I highly recommend.
