Unlike your typical car dealer, I wasn't pressured and or talked into something other than what I was looking for. They took what I wanted, and fought for the best possible deal for me. Chris was extremely helpful, and so was the finance manager who got me a great interest rate with the bank to which I'm currently financed with. I will be going back when I'm ready to trade for something even better, which I know I will be able to find at Lux Auto's superior line up. 5 out of 5 from me. Short, sweet and to the point. That's how a car buying experience should be. More

Stop there first It was a exciting atmosphere so it made it an enjoyable experience. We did all the leg work over the phone and via mail so when I was back in town I went and drove it off the lot the same day. There were only two things that bothered me. If you're spending 40k on a new vehicle, it should come with a full tank of gas, not less than half. So apparently these reviews mean a lot to them, so I can see why they mention it to you. But if you want a 5 star review, don't ask the customer to specifically leave you a 5 star review on said sites. Do a 5 star job and the review will come on it's own. More
