Service was AMAZING! I recently bought a 2008 Mercedes Benz from Lux. I wasn't necessarily looking for a Mercedes, but Will did a really good job answering any questions m I recently bought a 2008 Mercedes Benz from Lux. I wasn't necessarily looking for a Mercedes, but Will did a really good job answering any questions my dad and I had. He was very understanding of any concerns we had with a car I wanted to drive. He found the Mercedes because it had everything I was looking for. All of the cars there were reasonably priced, and Will was more than willing to negotiate any prices. The owners, staff and employees all genuinely care about their customers, which is just not all that common anymore. Not only was Will amazing, Mike was also very understanding when it came to taking out a loan. This was my first loan, and I obviously had questions. He made sure I got the best rate from the bank, and explained every detail about how this was going about. They are not just looking to make a quick buck, they genuinely care about their customers and are always open for questions. I would definitely recommend Lux Auto to anyone looking to buy a car. More
