My experience at Lux was by far the best experience I have had with any car purchase. From being greeted by the GM Joe, to my sales experience with Dan Cronin, and financial guru Vinny. I walked into the dealership with only a thought of what I wanted in options in a vehicle. I was open to the education that Dan and Joe gave me about Makes and Models.. It was not a quick in an out. They were patient with my questioning, and the process of buying the right vehicle for me . This venture took a few weeks. No pushing; no prodding, no over the top sales pitch. 100% truth from these men and this dealership. I am the proud and happy owner of 2016 Rav-4. Once the green light was given the process was seamless. Vinny patiently sat with me and answered all my questions about financing and warranty options. Explained each one thoroughly. Dan has an exuberant personality which I love. Dan worked around my work schedule for sale and pick up. He even stayed after closing to explain each feature and option the SUV had. I know what she wanted to spend and i know she loved her old Chevy SUV so I was listening to WAAF one morning during the car searching process and I heard Mistress Carrie tell me to call Lux Auto Plus in Auburn. When I got into work I jumped online and took a look at their inventory. I found an SUV I thought would be good so I called and spoke to Brian on the phone. He said he would put it on a courtesy hold for me until my Mom and I could get there the next evening. I was thrilled he would be nice enough to do such a thing. We went to the dealership and we were greeted by Brad. He was super friendly and helpful and we quickly found ourselves looking at a new model on the lot. We looked at and purchased a 2014 Chevy Equinox AWD with 72,000. The vehicle was in amazing condition, very clean, car fax was clean, one owner and all scheduled maintenance had been done on the vehicle. My mom put down a deposit and was able to get financed for the rest. We were not at the dealership for hours and hours waiting around. There were no games, no pressure and no BS. I would highly recommend that if you are in the market for a vehicle that you go see them first! Thanks Lux for getting my Mom into a new reliable vehicle that she will have for many many years to come. When I am ready for a new vehicle I will certainly be coming to Lux first.
