Anthony was very helpful and listened and paid attention to my needs, unfortunately I am having many issues with the vehicle. The technicians didn't throughly inspect the truck before purchasing and had Cam to my needs, unfortunately I am having many issues with the vehicle. The technicians didn't throughly inspect the truck before purchasing and had Camshaft and valve failure in less then 1k miles. Once returned to dealer and was advised I would have to pay for repair 36 days out 30 days of warranty even though they had the vehicle for the first 5 days of the purchase. Once returned to dealership the "general manager " also the financial guy tried to blame me for damages done. Within 10 minutes of research I found that this is actually a common issue with this particular vehicle and not uncommon at all and should of been caught before hand. After having dealership repair issue and paying half of repair out of pocket the vehicle is in worse shape then when I first purchased and took it home sounds absolutely horrible and has a loud noticeable exhaust leak that wasn't there before. The main mechanic and general manager tried to tell me the vehicle was OK to drive at first for them to later tell me it's a camshaft and valve issue which is major. The work done on the vehicle is not done correctly and no new gaskets where used when reassembly and can see gasket maker gray goop on 3 spots of the valve head cover. Do not recommend this location at this point due to shady mishandling of the vehicle and not being honest from the beginning about the vehicles condition not honoring the lemon law warranty and for me purchasing the extended warranty for it not to be covered under that warranty as well makes no sense and hopefully the attorney generals office thinks likewise. I will be spending about 1800 for repairs and work to be done correctly at another shop I trust. Which should of been done before hand and the first time. Horrible job owning up to there mistake and horrible vehicle I'm now stuck with trying to have repairs correctly done. Just coming up on 45 days of owning the vehicle and I have actually been able to use it for less then half of the time. More
