Do not get it right on the first try. This is my second service visit in 40k miles that requires multiple trips to the dealer to get it right. It took 3 trips to get the diesel emissions This is my second service visit in 40k miles that requires multiple trips to the dealer to get it right. It took 3 trips to get the diesel emissions fix correct. Now a half week after an oil change, the oil warning light in my vehicle is on. When I popped the hood to check the oil level, I noticed the insulating cover over the battery had not been closed. I hope that I am the exception, but I can't recommend this location for service based on the quality of the service. I expect that they will make it right, but I didn't buy a new car so I can hang out at the service center. More

I was able to schedule a same-day drop-off appointment over lunch and was back home by 3:00. I worked from the comfortable lobby/business center area while they investigated and repaired the issue - a snapped off sway bar link. Very pleased I was able to get in so quickly and that they were able to resolve the problem! More

Good communication, disappointing result I took my car in b/c the low coolant light was on. When i called to make the appt, they informed me I had 2 recalls to service as well (who knew). Whe I took my car in b/c the low coolant light was on. When i called to make the appt, they informed me I had 2 recalls to service as well (who knew). When I got there they called a Lyft so I could get downtown to work, then I took an uber back in the afternoon to pick up. Shortly after getting back on the road with my serviced car, I noticed that my check engine light had illuminated. It was rush hour and I had to pick up my kids so I couldn't go back. I called and texted my service adviser and got no reply so I called the main number and the adviser said MAYBE they could see me in the AM for a diagnostic test. This was disappointing, as I brought my car in with one problem and came out with a new problem and would expect better service. Either way, I brought my car in Saturday AM and they were able to fix the problem/turn off the light. It was a lot of work/driving for a problem that was caused by servicing the vehicle. More
