Luther Westside's service organization was professional, courteous, and on time as always. While the location is a a bit of a pain to access, they make up for it with how you and your vehicle are treated. I courteous, and on time as always. My car had to be towed on Sunday afternoon. I talked to a service rep at 7 Monday morning and it was fixed and ready to go by 11 am. Very pleased. Oh yeah and they had cleaned my car.
