Outstanding, Efficient Service I delayed some routine maintenance due to the pandemic and wasn't sure what I would find when I finally needed to come in for a repair plus the mainte I delayed some routine maintenance due to the pandemic and wasn't sure what I would find when I finally needed to come in for a repair plus the maintenance. The experience could not have been more thoughtful, efficient and safe. A quick pull-in, minimal contact, courteous distancing and I was in and out in less than 5 minutes, including signing for and getting into a loaner vehicle. Kudos to Luther Westside VW for quickly adapting to the current environment and still providing outstanding service. I've been coming to you for nearly 20 years and I don't see that changing anytime soon. More

Always more complicated than needed I have had the same issue multiple times with Luther Westside, that I call in and they don't check my account to see what has been done on my car or w I have had the same issue multiple times with Luther Westside, that I call in and they don't check my account to see what has been done on my car or what issues my car has from previous appointments. I had said that I needed to have something fixed, without checking my file they didn't realize they had already assessed the issue. So I had to bring my car in to get checked out, they had to order the part, and fix it, which took a 3 week period of time when if they would have checked my account, it would have been a one day fix. Due to the nature of my issue, they couldn't do the valet service for my car. While I understand this, they contacted me 10 minutes before my car was supposed to be picked up, stated they couldn't do it, and then gave me 2 options that didn't work for my schedule. The man helping me was texting me and eventually just stopped responding and never resolved the issue. I needed to call back in. First off, they should have never texted me when this issue was noticed, it deserved a phone call and the staff should have seen the problem through til resolution. I find service representatives are not great with explaining the why behind things. As someone who isn't extremely car savvy, they don't do a good job of helping me understand what is needed and why. I trust the work the mechanics do; however, I have continually been disappointed by the customer service. More

Things were taken care of in a timely and respectful manner. The Ac was repaired and the engine light was a missed vacuum unit wire. The car was done in the time promised. Its only 68 today, but very humid and the system seemed cooler than the air in the hot car. I only wish the AC felt a little cooler. Its not very hot outside yet so I'm a little concerned that it may under perform when it gets to be 90 degrees outside? More
