I loved my Westside Volkswagen experience. I took my car in for an oil change and it came back to me cleaner than i left it. They actually washed it for me! How nice!! Last visit ever every single time I have visited, I have had a horrible time. I have asked for car washes and never received them. I have on several occasions picked every single time I have visited, I have had a horrible time. I have asked for car washes and never received them. I have on several occasions picked up my vehicle and have had the alerts not cleared from my dash. I have asked for rentals, only to be told that one was not available when I had reserved one. Tao, in particular, has not learned how to say my name even though I have been a customer for some time now and has dismissed my complaints. you really should re-evaluate the ay you treat your customers especially your black customers. Great Service,thats why I have bought 3 VW cars from Luther My daughters Tiguan CPO warranty had just expired and her check engine light came on, spoke with Nick and he told me to bring the car in for diagnosis My daughters Tiguan CPO warranty had just expired and her check engine light came on, spoke with Nick and he told me to bring the car in for diagnosis. Turns out it needed a new Turbocharger and O2 sensor. Nick was able to get VW to goodwill a portion of the repair. Thank you!!! More

When they called they were not very helpful with my vehicle, when I received my vehicle there was a scratch on the hood. Also they had to replace my desiel and for the price I assumed they would fill i vehicle, when I received my vehicle there was a scratch on the hood.
