The last couple years I've been bringing my 18 Passat and 18 Jetta here. I'll admit they were for warranty stuff, I would have done some recommended services if they would have asked me before the check out 18 Jetta here. I came in a few weeks ago to have the front end of my car looked at along with another concern that my TPMS light hasn't worked in a year. I received a message that my vehicle is done but then found out that they had done nothing I ask none of my concern for discussed or dealt with. Very upset I messaged the manager Rick, you promised me up and down that they would keep the cars at long as they need it to that they would find the issue for me that he appreciated me talking to him about my concerns about the way I was treated by the service advisor. So I agreed and brought my car back and I'm coming from Mankato mind you so that's time away from work to do this yet again. The day after I return my car there again make another message my car's ready nothing has been done. They said my tires were bad and my brakes are metal on metal so they didn't feel safe to do anything with it they weren't even look at my concerns which had nothing to do with driving. Don't know and it was necessary to tell them that I used to work for Volkswagen I have been a service advisor for many years and I know when they're lying. I told them and I had tires at the shop waiting to be put on and that I know the brakes are not that bad but they wanted to argue with me and refused to do anything else. Now they lied about the brakes and they lied about how they thought the tires were. I was also a technician for 12 years so I know how to take care of my vehicles me about my car in the brakes aren't even making noise I had inspected the brakes about a week earlier I noted that they were ready for replacement pretty soon but they were certainly not metal I'm at all,just figured I would replace them when I did my tires. The effort they went through do not do any work was overwhelming been having been working at dealerships for many many years and being a service advisor I could clearly see the game that they were playing. I was treated like an idiot they wanted to get more money out of me because they didn't want to do the warranty work because it pays less. That part is not my fault and I shouldn't have to worry about being chicken as a fool and lied to because they don't want to do the work that warranty pays. They also removed the plastic piece underneath my vehicle that protects the engine from water,snow and such and threw it away or something because it's not there anymore. They played with the stereo and make sure to move my seat so that it was not anywhere near where I had it they argue with me about doing any amount of work at all and I fear that is ever willing to try to like to somebody who used to work for Volkswagen used to work for Luther and is still a service advisor and was a technician oh, somebody who pays very close attention to his vehicles come up what are they willing to do or say is anybody else who may or may not look at your tires as often or inspect their own brakes or have any automotive knowledge at all. I felt like prey being stalked, and I sincerely hope that they're not treating less-informed people like they treated me. The insult to my intelligence and lies we're enough prevent me from ever coming back to that store again. I was hoping to Lease another Jetta as mines up in a few months, and I've also been looking at replacing the Passat in the next month or so. Or I can tell you what dealership I'm not going to be going to. Watch out they're going to lie to you and try to take your money and treat you like a fool in the process. I'm ashamed that anybody in my industry would still treat people this way. I'll never come back and I'll make sure that no one I know ( I'm also service advisor so I still talk to a lot of people everyday and I know a lot of people ) ever walks in the service department. I will share my experience with everyone that will listen, in the meantime I'll just hope that they're not stealing from everybody they talked to. So you have to buy somebody in the industry Tanya that they're playing games and lying to steal your money. Ps You're supposed to get a survey from Volkswagen after your services at this dealership since its last service I no longer receive emails from Volkswagen so they took my email address out of there system so that they can't be penalized by Volkswagen for the things I had to say because of their actions More

My confidence comes from not just the V.W brand, but it is a reflection of the service provided by the service dept at Luther V.W. I will be purchasing a car in the next 2 years and my decision will be based on the maintenance of that vehicle. When it comes to repeat buyers it's the service dept that makes the sale. More

The most recent experience I had was making a call from Brainerd saying my tire pressure was low. Michael said I could bring it in and they'd check it out. Well, I didn't make it before having a flat tire. Taken care of on the road, I continued to Westside and was greeted by Ted, Dan the tire guy, Michael, and later Travon. They kept me informed and I needed two new tires. The damaged one was covered by the warranty and I bought the second one. Service is ALWAYS wonderful there. AND they washed my car! More
