The appointment setup was good, but I needed to call to have the concierge service set up. I wasn't able to do that option from the website. When it came to the actual service date the service pickup was have the concierge service set up. I wasn't able to do that option from the website. When it came to the actual service date the service pickup was over an hour late. They tried to explain it was because they didn't do concierge on Saturday, but that was never mentioned when setting up the appointment. People were very courteous thought the process despite the issues. More

I would continue IF there was a loyalty of frequent flyer program ., When you tell me I need new tires BUT there is no discount for loyalty or promo, it is disappointing and will drive me back to my independent. Service as explained in my review I had two visits this week to do the recall/oil changes on our Jettas. In both visits the overall experience was exceptional. Service personal were timely, courteous, well informed. I was a waiter and felt the space was well planned for social distancing and all staff were using face masks. I have been a customer with Westside for over twenty years and several vehicles. I always am satisfied with the dealership from new purchase to maintaining the service afterward.
