I was kept in the loop the entire time my car was being worked on. Things were explained in a way that was easy to understand. Friendly people, average service Came here twice in a month. The first time was for a routine oil change, to get a light replaced, and to ask about a weird noise. The associates who h Came here twice in a month. The first time was for a routine oil change, to get a light replaced, and to ask about a weird noise. The associates who helped me were friendly and I was offered a free rental car which I appreciated. When I showed them a video of the weird noise, they told me it was normal (which didn't seem right, but hey I'm not the expert here). Once everything was done, I took my car home, only to realize they never fixed my light. I took it back and they fixed it quickly. Two weeks later, my check engine light started flashing and I got towed to them, and they fit me in without an appointment that day to check things out. Again, the staff were really friendly, and bought me a lyft home. I really appreciated that and felt that went above and beyond a normal service center in my experience. They got back to me that evening and let me know what was wrong with the engine - and also noted the cause of the weird noise from the time before! Turns out it was a serious issue that needed to be addressed. I was frustrated that I was indeed right that there was an issue before but had been told it was normal, and that they hadn't looked at it before. They had it fixed the next morning. After getting my car back, I noticed they did not replace the cap on one of my tires when doing their tire inspection. Overall, a good experience here and very friendly people, but the forgotten light and tire cap and not listening to me about the noise were enough to make me frustrated. More

Bad service I bought my brand new VW GLI from this dealership, and started experiencing strange pipe noise inside of the car. I brought it in twice for this issue I bought my brand new VW GLI from this dealership, and started experiencing strange pipe noise inside of the car. I brought it in twice for this issue... The first time, they said they fixed it, but the sound reappeared after a few days. I brought it in a second time, and after bringing me in to help reproduce the sound, they told me that this sound was "normal" and a common result of wear-and-tear on any vehicle... I would agree, but my car had less than 2,000 miles at the time! Additionally, a friend of mine with the same car (but with 12,000 miles on it) has never had this problem. I would like the service staff to please take the time to fix this noise or I will be forced to work with another dealer. More
