I took advantage of the free Concierge Service. The pick-up guy (Joe?) was fantastic. Very friendly. I like the tracking map feature. It allows me to meet them outside just before arrival. Service was excellent and done on time. My only criticism is that there were no amenities in the waiting area--no coffee, water, or snacks. Nor did the vending machines work.
