We missed some key communication opportunities in that we should have clearly communicated the part was here after it was ordered and in that if not put in within 30 days it would be sent back to Volkswagen or re-purposed for another vehicle. In researching the issue as the advisor had explained to you there are radio faults stored in the vehicle from 2019 where it failed. While we never want to return a vehicle to a customer worse off then when it came in without replacing the unit the fault remains.
