I bought my '83 GTI from Westside. It was a very different company at that time. I was interested to return to the "modern" version of Westside VW. They are close to my workplace. Nice. Friendly. Patient. Terry and Scott (mechanic) were thorough and patient explaining what needed repairs and then prioritized them for me so I could choose what repairs were the most dire. The loby area was very comfortable with snack, lots of bottled refreshments, a sectioned area for business folks to work in, and clean bathrooms. The amenities makes a difference. I would go back because I felt these two guys cared about getting my car fixed right and they took a lot of time to explain the various types of repairs my car needed. More

This is my first VW and it's a 2008 Touareg. I bought it used from another non-VW dealer, but I figured I would bring it to someone who knows their product. She is always very courteous and moves quickly to get my problem resolved so I am waiting for as little time possible. It's always nice to see someone who takes the extra effort to make sure things go smoothly. Went to Westside to get service done on my Passat. I ended up leasing a 2013 Beetle. Awesome sales experience, Rich was incredible. I've been looking at the new Beetle for a while, but didn't think I would be able to work out a trade with my vehicle. Great service and a comfortable lounge to work in while I waited. Prices are high,but for me the convenience offered by the facilities and peace of mind knowing it is done right is worth it. The car needed an alternater belt, tensioner, cabin air freshener & I added the timing belt,water pump, under body protection shields. The car is great- quieter engine sounds great.
