Luther Westside Volkswagen - Service Center

I bought a certified used Passat three days ago. When I went to set up the XM radio, an error code of Antenna: A problem has occurred showed up. I took it to Westside VW to get the antenna fixed. Two and a half hours later, they told me it was fixed and I was good to go. I got in the car and the same error message appeared. I'm not sure what they actually did for 2.5 hours? The gentleman told me they would have to order a new XM radio module, and I would have to make another appointment once the part is in. I don't know when the part will be in or when my appointment will be. It is a little frustrating that I just bought a certified used vehicle and I have to return to the dealership at least twice in the first week of owning. More

I came because Luther was running a free "lights out" deal where they'd turn off my dashboard lights and tell me how to keep them off. I had a wonderful experience here!
