Why do I keep going there? My most recent visit (2/17/15) left me wondering - once again - why do I ever bother to take my Passat to this dealership. I've been going to Luther on and off for 7 years and this will be the last time. Simply put, the overall culture of this dealership has always been one of that we 'owe' them the business and they are doing us a favor. This last time, I needed a bulb replacement for a break light. I had my two small children with me on their day off from school (and my day off from work) - and so I had asked to wait and they said it would be about an hour. At 2hrs 45 minutes I finally heard an announcement and when I approached the counter they woman said "oh, I'm glad we finally found you" ... as if they had been paging me for ages. I had not left the showroom for one minute - not even to the bathroom - so please don't suggest otherwise. Then that woman was too busy, so she handed me off to another woman who could do nothing but ask for my money. No "how was your experience', no 'was everything to your satisfaction' ... in fact, they were also supposed to check a code on a check engine light so when I asked what the result was her only response was "oh, no one spoke with you?". So she then actually took the time to look at the paperwork and saw that my 'representative' was no longer in the building and went and got another service rep. Then HE came out, look at the paperwork and said; "so, what have they told you about the engine light?". Good lord, is this a well choreographed joke? And after all this - they charged me $50 for a lightbulb replacement. My wife had similar work done on her Hyundai last month at a Jiffy Lube for $16. So once again, I ask myself - why did I ever bother going here in the first place? I only blame myself ... More

The waiting area was the largest, cleanest and most equipped of any I have seen. When the car was ready, the technician brought me the paperwork, explained what was done and answered questions. I do not know the full name of the technician that performed this excellent service but his first name is Rob. I was extremely happy with the service I received. More

They also went out of their way to fix things that I didn't even bring the car in for. I had issues with opening my drivers side door, but never told them about it. They never mentioned it but when I got my car back the drivers door opened smoothly. They went out of their way to fix things, without charging me or mentioning it. More

Love the CC(used '12) and when I came in for my first service Craig was very informative about a few things I didn't know(especially the importance of letting my CC idle for a few minutes after use). Somehow fell through the cracks I came in for my no cost 10,000 mile service and was told it would be 1 1/2 to 2 hours. At 2 hours, after the service people kept coming in to get other customers, I started to wonder if there was something wrong with the car. At 2:45, I went up to the counter to inquire and she said "Oh, it is done" They never came to tell me that it was finished. I was miffed at the waste of my time. When I got into my car to leave, it was very warm from the sun, I just wonder how long it was out there, finished and no one came to get me! More

I asked them if they could replace without labor hand included, since I assume some degree of responsibility they must have on that. The response: No, we cannot assume that problem was originated here. I was not expecting such response, more even considering the overpriced that they charge. More

I have been here twice for service and will NEVER go back again!! Brought my 2013 VW here to get the heater fixed that died on a -20 day, it was a Saturday and was told it would be hours before they could lo again!! Brought my 2013 VW here to get the heater fixed that died on a -20 day, it was a Saturday and was told it would be hours before they could look at it. Told them they needed to give me a car to drive since the car was only 4 months old. They did but the car had been driven by someone else and never cleaned. Got a call later that day that they needed to order a part and would be fixed on Monday. Tuesday I called to see when my car would be done and magically it was when I called. Told them I would be by after work to pick it up. It was sitting outside in the freezing cold, all the windows were frosted over inside and out. I was so angry that they would give me my car back at 6:00 at night and not even drivable. Spoke with the supposed service mgr on duty. He was like a dumb lost puppy. Offered then to take into the garage. Too Late pal!! More
I came in on 02/11/14 for a blower fan malfunction in my 2012 cc VW ..my vehicle was at the 30,000 miles. So the informed me I was eligible for 30,000 mile service at no charge. I was give a ride to my g 2012 cc VW ..my vehicle was at the 30,000 miles. So the informed me I was eligible for 30,000 mile service at no charge. I was give a ride to my gym which is about .5 mile away and also picked up at conclusion of performed service. All staff was friendly and entire experience was awesome. Thanks!!!!!! More
