As a result, I spent $142 when the possible repairs added up to $2600! That's what I call good service! More

Very helpful! My radio stopped working and my windshield had some hail damage. A replacement radio was ordered as soon as they verified that that was the issue and My radio stopped working and my windshield had some hail damage. I was connected with an auto glass company at the same appointment and was able to set up an appointment to have it replaced. It was very easy to work with the service department and I will gladly continue bringing my Jetta into Luther Westside! More

Instead of saying "we are NOT going to fix your car Delivery of message is important, for I have been in the service industry managing for 28 years. Instead of saying "we are NOT going to fix your car because the bearing is 70 percent". it could have been said like this "Jackie your bearings are still good and have 70 percent left on them, so at this time it is not necessary to fix and it is very safe, that's the thump noise you hear. I was disappointed being that I've driven by Luther thousands of times and never thought about to stop thinking that it was a high end dealership. The main reason I did come in there was because of a friend referring me to look for used cars there.and I decided to take a chance. Also, I was not greeted immediately or at all and I had to go up to a gentleman and speak to him first and tell him I have a service appointment. But the young lady that took me home and picked me up and the cashiers were very friendly. I hope this is considered and thank you for fixing my headrest. I will put "YES" to recommending this service center because I'm hoping this was a hiccup. P.S. Jim Southwell is awesome! More

Problems on my home to Wisconsin. I picked up a piece of shrapnel in my tire, during my trip home to Wisconsin. Googled the nearest dealer, and found Luther Westside VW. They got me I picked up a piece of shrapnel in my tire, during my trip home to Wisconsin. Googled the nearest dealer, and found Luther Westside VW. They got me right in, found the leak, found my road hazard insurance and replaced the tire (it was in stock). Very helpful, friendly, and courteous. More
