This work was done while we waited, and appears to be fully satisfactory. No problems at all. The documentation however is a little chaotic. Although we bought the vehicle from my daughter in 2006, the paperwork still refers to it in her name, and onde of the telephone numbers is her original number. We have requested update more than once. Otherwise there we no serious problems, the people we intracted with were friendly and had little difficulty bringing up the needed information from the computerised system. More

From my service center manager to the mechanic technician that fixed my car, each one explained exactly what was happening with my car and made sure I was satisfied with the outcome. I was also very impressed that Luther stood by their car and fixed what needed to be fixed. I have bought several cars from multiple Luther Twin Cities locations and am continually impressed with their entire overall operation. We'll be back for sure! More

I will now need to being my car in again tomorrow. This is a challenge as I am again left out a vehicle for a day! A recurring issue is the time I always wait to get my car after plying. It seems to always take 10 to 15 minutes after I pay for a runner to go over to the parking structure and come back with my car. It would be really great if it was already there or only took 5 minutes. More
