Quick, Easy, and great customer service Brought my Golf in for a routine 10,000 mile check-in. I was greeted right away by a gentleman who asked what my appointment was for. He directed me into the main office and Nick was very helpful in getting me checked in. I waited in the dealership which was clean and had coffee, water and snacks. Nick told me my appointment would be an hour to an hour and a half and it was just over an hour. Really friendly staff, easy process and fast appointment. More

Radio problems Everyone in the service area has been wonderful. But has the problem with my radio been fixed.....not fully. Service "reset" the radio and things are a bit better. I've been told that it could be how SM sends the signal. I find it hard to believe that on a 2017 vehicle, with premium sound system, that I can't get a crystal clear sound. I've had XM radio since 2008 on many vehicles and never had this issue. It may very well be that there is nothing wrong with the radio, just that VW choose the wrong radio. More

Excellent! Went in for one issue, they found a different issue (leaky tire), filled it up & told me to come by when it worked in my schedule to ensure it was ok.
