Poor customer service I had an appointment for an oil change at 2:30pm on 5/25. I arrived at 2pm and checked in. I was given an estimate of an hour and 15 minutes to an hou I had an appointment for an oil change at 2:30pm on 5/25. I arrived at 2pm and checked in. I was given an estimate of an hour and 15 minutes to an hour and a half. Someone stopped by after an hour and 45 minutes to say it would be another 10 minutes. After 20 minutes I went up asking for an update and they said it would be another 5 minutes. Someone came and got me 10 minutes later. When I went out to my car it wasn’t washed as promised. I also received a tire pressure warning for all 4 tires the morning after my appointment. Once my lease is up next spring, I will be finding a new VW dealership even though Westside is by far the closest. More
broken window relief in a very short time I had my driver's side window fall down inside the door at the beginning of the hottest weekend so far this year. A holiday weekend at that! I was able to make an appointment for first thing in the morning following the weekend to get the window repaired and close my window against the heat again. Quick, Easy, and great customer service Brought my Golf in for a routine 10,000 mile check-in. I was greeted right away by a gentleman who asked what my appointment was for. He directed me into the main office and Nick was very helpful in getting me checked in. I waited in the dealership which was clean and had coffee, water and snacks. Nick told me my appointment would be an hour to an hour and a half and it was just over an hour. Really friendly staff, easy process and fast appointment. More
Radio problems Everyone in the service area has been wonderful. But has the problem with my radio been fixed.....not fully. I'm getting distortion only on XM radio Everyone in the service area has been wonderful. But has the problem with my radio been fixed.....not fully. I'm getting distortion only on XM radio. Service "reset" the radio and things are a bit better. I've been told that it could be how SM sends the signal. I find it hard to believe that on a 2017 vehicle, with premium sound system, that I can't get a crystal clear sound. I've had XM radio since 2008 on many vehicles and never had this issue. It may very well be that there is nothing wrong with the radio, just that VW choose the wrong radio. More

Excellent! Went in for one issue, they found a different issue (leaky tire), filled it up & told me to come by when it worked in my schedule to ensure it was ok. Bitter Sweet Though the requested work was completed, my wife left the service center with a new problem that was created by the mechanic.
